Our Holiday Cottage in North Newton

Swallow Barn …

… is a two person cottage with lounge/diner and kitchenette (Fully equipped for self-catering), one double bedroom and bathroom.

The cottage has its own garden space and patio table and chairs and BBQ. It is single storey with adjacent parking, ideal for those with walking difficulties.

The Barn is equipped to a 4* standard including:

• Television with video recorder
• DVD player
• CD and radio
• Microwave
• Iron and Ironing Board
• Electric Oven and Hob
• Hoover
• Bath with shower over
• Oil-fired central heating
• Private off road parking

Electricity, bed linen, and towels are included within the rental price.

There is a heating supplement for stays commencing between 1^st October and 15^th May. - £10 per week.

Extra facilities available:

• Cot and linen is available for £10 per stay.
• Laundry servioce and daily newspapers can be arranged for stays of 1 week or more.
• Kate's Kitchen provides home-made prepared meals if you want a break from cooking.

No smoking is permitted in Swallow Barn.
